OCTOBER 23-27 - Fall Show
Chalet Bellevue - 6 performances
Audiences were in for a treat when the lights came up on the Theatre Morin Heights (TMH) production of “GamePlan” by Alan Ayckbourn, directed by TMH veteran Steve Gillam. The show ran October 23-27 at Chalet Bellevue, Morin Heights with six performances including two matinees.
With some 90 plays to his credit, playwright Alan Ayckbourn usually writes about relationships and people's foibles, and “GamePlan” is no exception. In order to help her mother out of financial difficulties, teenaged Sorrel sets herself up as a classy call girl at home while her mom is working. Persuading her best friend to act as her secretary, things don’t go quite as planned. Comedy? Drama? Tragedy? Thriller? Social Commentary? The audience will decide.
